This 12 cm Petty knife is handcrafted with precision and care - created for all the small, demanding tasks in the kitchen. It is ideal for peeling and cutting, slicing fruit and vegetables, herbs, citrus, as well as precision cuts where larger knives fall short.
The blade is forged from carbon steel with stainless properties, which provides an ultra-fine sharpness, fantastic feel against the raw material and a long-lasting edge - while also significantly reducing the risk of discoloration and rust compared to traditional carbon steel.
The handle is cut from stabilized elm knot, which gives a warm, organic look and feels secure in the hand. The stabilized wood makes the knife durable, moisture-resistant and well-balanced – perfect for everyday use.

How to take good care of your knife
Always wash the knife by hand with warm water and mild soap. Dry it immediately.
Never use a dishwasher.
Store the knife in a sheath, knife block or on a magnet – never loose in a drawer.
Oil both the blade and handle a few times a year to keep the materials healthy.
Use the knife correctly: cut only on wooden or plastic cutting boards, and avoid hard materials.
Don't cut anything you wouldn't bite into yourself, to avoid breaking the knife.
