This 20 cm Gyuto is handmade with a focus on sharpness, balance and durability. The blade is made of a carbon steel with stainless properties – giving you the fine sharpness and classy edge of classic carbon steel, but with far less risk of stains and corrosion.

How to take good care of your knife
Always wash the knife by hand with warm water and mild soap. Dry it immediately.
Never use a dishwasher.
Store the knife in a sheath, knife block or on a magnet – never loose in a drawer.
Oil both the blade and handle a few times a year to keep the materials healthy.
Use the knife correctly: cut only on wooden or plastic cutting boards, and avoid hard materials.
Don't cut anything you wouldn't bite into yourself, to avoid breaking the knife.
