This 27 cm bread knife is handcrafted with a focus on control, comfort and efficiency – designed to glide effortlessly through freshly baked bread, crispy crusts and fluffy crumbs. The long blade provides stable, even cuts, while the specially shaped serration ensures minimal pressure on the bread, preserving the structure and juiciness of every slice.
The blade is forged from AEB-L stainless steel, hardened to 60–62 HRC. This means you get a sharp, durable and extremely fine edge that stays sharp for a long time – ideal for the repetitive sawing work a bread knife is subjected to.
The handle is made of stabilized elm knot, which gives a warm, vibrant look and a grip that feels natural and secure in the hand. Stabilization makes the wood moisture-resistant, dimensionally stable and perfect for everyday use in the kitchen.

How to take good care of your knife
Always wash the knife by hand with warm water and mild soap. Dry it immediately.
Never use a dishwasher.
Store the knife in a sheath, knife block or on a magnet – never loose in a drawer.
Oil both the blade and handle a few times a year to keep the materials healthy.
Use the knife correctly: cut only on wooden or plastic cutting boards, and avoid hard materials.
Don't cut anything you wouldn't bite into yourself, to avoid breaking the knife.
